The purpose of this consultancy is to facilitate a midterm review process of the NBI overarching and Nile sec strategic plans. The midterm review will help NBI understand if it is on track to deliver its objectives, to understand why it has performed the way it has and allow for strategic and operational improvements to achieve better future performance
