Chargé(e) de Développement de kits pour l'Après-Ventes pour nos sites de Tampere (Finlande) et de Lyon (France) où sont conçus et fabriqués des engins de foration et de boulonnage destinés aux exploitations minières souterraines et exportés dans le monde entier.

Votre rôle
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Pièces de Rechange Kits Spéciaux et Composants, vous êtes responsable, à sa demande, de consolider les informations pour développer des kits de sécurité et de performance pour les machines actives dans le cadre de la stratégie du groupe.
Vos missions consistent à :
• Étudier les demandes de commercialisation de kits et mettre en œuvre les solutions techniques appropriées en coopération avec les services Bureau d'études et Documentation technique.
• Identifier et rapporter les habitudes de travail non sécurisées vis-à-vis de la politique Sandvik.
• Proposer des solutions nouvelles et fiables s'adaptant aux machines.

Votre profil
De formation technique supérieure, vous possédez une expérience significative de 3 ans minimum dans l'industrie de l'équipement ou des consommables. Vos qualités organisationnelles, relationnelles et vos compétences techniques sont les principaux atouts pour réussir à ce poste.
Une bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise à l'oral comme à l'écrit et des outils de bureautique (MS Office et base de données) est indispensable.

Le poste est basé à Lyon ou à Tampere.

Up-Grade Solutions Creator/Engineer – Tampere / Lyon
Sandvik Mining is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining industry. The offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling. In 2013 sales amounted to about 30,700 MSEK, with approximately 13,000 employees.
We are looking for an Up-Grade Solutions Creator/Engineer to be located at our plant in Tampere (Finland) or in Lyon (France), where we manufacture underground mining drills and bolters. This position reports to the Global Parts Category Manager for Special Kit requests/Components.
Key Performance areas
You are responsible to consolidate information and develop Performance and Safety Kits including all necessary information for easy fitment on active machine fleet according to Parts Manager strategy and requirement.
The role will involve:
• Study the requests for commercialization of kits and implement the appropriate technical solutions in cooperation with the engineering and technical documentation.
• Identify and report any unsafe work habits regarding Sandvik safety policies.
• Strive to find safer ways for customers to work with Sandvik's products.

Your Profile

• Have a relevant engineering/technical qualification.
• Possess a minimum of three years' experience within an Engineering/Technical or industrial environment.
• Have a strong safety culture and sense of accountability.
• Possess excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize, plan and structure work to secure the desired development.
• Have a strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
