Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the adequacy of the cost control systems, methods and procedures for monitoring, analyzing, forecasting and controlling contractor and company capital and expense costs. Also responsible for analyzing contractor cost data and forecasting project cost to keep project management informed and aware of any potential project cost changes.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cost Engineering across MENA..
- University degree
- Good knowledge of English language(written/spoken)
- Good computer skills (Microsoft applications as a minimum)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Is good in communicating, listening and influencing: Responds in a sensitive manner to verbal and non-verbal communications.
- Is a pro-active person rather than reacts to situations.
