Description
- Post-graduate degree in natural sciences or directly related social science;
- 8 years of experience and proven record of managing projects and design teams related to agriculture, climate change, and rural electrification projects;
- 5 years of experience in conducting livelihood and/or climate vulnerability studies
- Proven experience in developing climate change projects relating to agricultural practices;
- Extensive knowledge and experience on rural livelihoods projects related to: climate change adaptation, diversification of end use electricity, and rural electrification projects;
- Published author of reports on climate change adaptation and how it relates to issues of rural livelihoods and electricity;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages commonly spoken in the region is an asset.
