RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviewing & Drafting according to the Company Standard of Contract and Tender for Operations & Maintenance.
• Review and Evaluate offers, quotations and proposals.
• Evaluate and interpret bidder’s Pre- qualification questioner
• Able to prepare request for quotation to send to bidders.
• Resolving contractual commercial and/or technical issues.
• Prepare and issue contract amendments, Addendum Change- order and Service Order and Request for Services.
• Maintain adequate contracts log, filing and archives system of all Company Contracts
ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
• Contribute to the achievement of the Company’s goals and ensure that Company’s methods and procedures are adhered to.
• Improve the Section’s efficiency through the development (or adjustment) of systems and procedures to fit adequately to evolving circumstances.
• Guarantee compliance with accounting aspects.
• Assist the Head of the Section on all treasury activities.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 2 years of experience.
• High national diploma or Bsc dgree.
• English language, minimum level 3 (Must)/ Microsoft computer skills( word, excel, power point) .
• Experience in oil sector.
