RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development and updates of standard information.
Development and updates of required procedure
Implementation of the DUET concept.
Development of suitable contracting strategies with liaison with the concerned departments.
Formulation and preparation of various types of industrial contracts and agreement.
Resolving contractual commercial and/or technical issues.
finalize the contractual documents according to the company standard contracts.
determine the commercial conditions, which best serve the company’s interest
review call for tender “CFT” packages, contracts & Agreements.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5 years of experience.
High National Diploma or Bsc Degree.
English Language, Minimum Level 3 (Must) / Computer Skills Microsoft ( Word, Excel, Power Point )
Experience in oil Sector & Experience in project execution.
