Roles & Responsibilities
Administers the booking of courses and updates employee records with course results. Prepares training facility and training manuals. Specific roles include- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
- Support leaders and people through advice about learning solutions, product and processes.
- Coordinate and execute training activities, including course bookings, venue bookings, catering requirements, printing of training material, travel bookings, certificates, registers, and learning management
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
- Compile monthly skills spend report
- Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
- Manage development to increase competencies of self and team.
Requirements
- Completed High School Qualification - working towards relevant training certification or diploma
- 2 to 3 years relatedexperience
