Key Responsibilities

· Conduct formal and informal polls in order to determine possible markets for merchandise such as: market trends at craft shows, on Facebook, and on other social media

· Develop potential merchandise, including new designs, styles, and goods

· Develop promotional material for the merchandise, including merchandise packaging and presentation

· Research various venues and businesses that will sell merchandise, including craft fairs and holiday markets

· Attend appropriate events to market, sell, and solicit

· Research importation and tax regulations concerning sales for 501 (c)(3) organizations

· Assist in the marketing of fundraising events and merchandise

Training

· Assist in ensuring effective planning, communication, and scheduling of a wide variety of events such as annual events, networking events, special interest group meetings, restaurant fundraisers, happy hours, documentary showings and more

· Solicit for donated food/drink and auction/raffle items for events when necessary

· Work with the Outreach Director to recruit and manage volunteers for events

· Secure equipment and rentals as needed; set up, tear down, and help coordination of overall event execution

· Work with Communications Director and Graphic Design Intern to develop all event marketing collateral

· Assist Social Enterprise and Marketing Intern in coordination of volunteers and execution of vending opportunities

· Attend all fundraising events as an on-site manager

GESTOR/A DE LA DELEGACIÓN DE ARAGÓN

Acción contra el Hambre (ACF-E) es una organización internacional no gubernamental, privada, apolítica, aconfesional y no lucrativa, creada en 1979 para intervenir en todo el mundo. Su vocación es luchar contra el hambre, la miseria y las situaciones de peligro que amenazan a hombres, mujeres y niños indefensos. Actualmente 500 cooperantes y 5.000 trabajadores locales trabajan en la Red Internacional Acción contra el Hambre (ACF) en más de cuarenta países en torno a cuatro ejes de intervención: nutrición, salud, seguridad alimentaria y agua y saneamiento.

El área de Delegaciones y Acción Social en España (DASE) tiene como objetivo ser un departamento capaz de generar recursos económicos, humanos y técnicos innovadores que contribuyan a multiplicar el impacto social de Acción contra el Hambre en la lucha contra el hambre.

Además desde la delegación se contribuye a la necesidad de actuar en España para dar respuesta a la situación de vulnerabilidad de personas en riesgo de exclusión mediante una estrategia de inclusión sociolaboral.

OBJETIVO GENERAL

Coordinar y promover el trabajo de ACF en los ámbitos de Sensibilización, Comunicación y Fundraising, Operaciones y Acción social en la Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón; con el fin de situar a ACF-E como una organización de referencia en la lucha contra el hambre y reducción de la desnutrición.

OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS

· Implementación del Proyecto de Sensibilización “Generación No Hunger – Crea y Actúa. Arte Urbano contra el Hambre.” En Zaragoza ciudad.

· Coordinar las operaciones que Acción contra el Hambre realiza en Aragón: Sensibilización, Cooperación internacional, Comunicación-fundraising, y Acción Social

· Implementación del Proyecto de Sensibilización “Generación No Hunger Aragón II – Certamen Creativo” En la comunidad de Aragón.

· Identificación y formulación de nuevos proyectos de sensibilización.

· Seguimiento y justificación de subvenciones en los ámbitos de Sensibilización, Cooperación al Desarrollo, y Acción Humanitaria

· Incrementar la sensibilidad y conocimiento de la ciudadanía aragonesa respecto a la Desnutrición Infantil, a través del aumento de la información al respecto en los medios de comunicación aragoneses y organización de eventos y campañas.

· Dar apoyo a la Delegada en Cataluña y Aragón, en las tareas de representación institucional, planificación estratégica y operativa, y coordinación con partes interesadas.

· Coordinar los aspectos logísticos y administrativos de la Delegación de Aragón en Zaragoza.

PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO

• Formación académica: Titulación superior
• Estudios de postgrado en Cooperación / Gestión ONG / Comunicación
• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos según Enfoque de Marco Lógico u otras experiencias relevantes de gestión de proyectos en colaboración con administraciones públicas
• Experiencia en comunicación y sensibilización: gestión de campañas y eventos; medios de comunicación; comunicación institucional
• Experiencia relevante y conocimiento de la Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón, sus instituciones y tejido social
• Experiencia profesional mínima de 2 años en Comunicación, Sensibilización y Tercer Sector.
• Se valora nivel bueno en francés
• Alto nivel en informática (Word, Excel, se valora diseño gráfico...)

EXPERTO EN SALUD/NUTRICIÓN

ACF-España está buscando un experto senior en salud y nutrición, basados en Madrid pero con desplazamientos muy frecuentes a cualquiera de nuestras misiones y áreas de intervención.

OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS

• Apoyar e impulsar la puesta en marcha y desarrollo de proyectos de Salud y especialmente en los países del Sahel. Dándoles apoyo, identificando lagunas y desarrollando la capacidad local de respuesta.

• Promueve y apoya una integración entre salud/nutrición: o Intervenciones de supervivencia infantil articuladas alrededor de la gestión de las 4 enfermedades infantiles con impacto en mortalidad infantil: infecciones respiratorias, diarrea, malaria y desnutrición aguda o Intervenciones de desarrollo infantil con un enfoque específico en la ventana de oportunidad - los primeros 1,000 días - siguiendo las recomendaciones Lancet Series-2013 y las acciones de nutrición Esenciales para Mejorar la Salud Materno Infantil.

• Seguimiento y análisis de contexto y vulnerabilidad en las áreas de salud y nutrición. Especial enfoque en el área de salud pública y atención primaria de salud.

• Asegurar la gestión y el refuerzo de las capacidades de los equipos de salud y nutrición de ACF y sus contrapartes.

• Apoyo operacional a las misiones en la formulación e implementación de proyectos, estrategias, relaciones con donantes implicados en la nutrición, la búsqueda de financiación…

PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO

• Médico, Enfermero o Nutricionista.

• Formación en Salud pública, Salud Internacional y amplios conocimientos de nutrición en contextos de cooperación y acción internacional.

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años con ONGs en puestos de responsabilidad y coordinación en proyectos de Salud y Nutrición

• Conocimiento de CMAM y otras intervenciones nutricionales.

• Experiencia profesional en crisis humanitaria y respuestas de emergencia.

• Conocimiento de evaluaciones rápidas, mecanismos de respuesta de ONG´s o Agencias.

• Valorable Conocimiento de los procedimientos administrativo-financieros y logísticos de ACF España y donantes principales españoles y UE.

• Habilidades de desarrollo analítico y escritura

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Communication interne

• Rédaction et diffusion des points infos, alertes, lettres d’information;
• Participation à l’organisation d’événements internes (événements, AG, séminaires, etc...);
• Appui à la mise en œuvre de la dynamique de communication interne d’ALIMA ;
• Appui à la conception et à la diffusion des supports/outils de communication interne ;

Communication externe

• Veille média: réalisation de revues de presse ;
• Mise à jour régulière de la base de données médias ;
• Appui à la production des supports de communication (plaquettes, rapports, dépliants, posters, films, photos, audio…)
• Appui à l’élaboration de la newsletter : conception graphique, interviews, choix des articles et des visuels, écriture et corrections d’articles, stratégie de diffusion, capitalisation ;
• Appui à la gestion du site web et des réseaux sociaux: mise en ligne des différents contenus, gestion et contrôle des commentaires et interventions;
