Bilingual Customer Service Representative- (English and French)

Sandvik Coromant seeks a fully bilingual (written and verbal) Customer Service Representative for our Mississauga office.

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for executing the daily customer service operations (enquiry to delivery) and tasks required in the customer services team to serve the direct customers and channel partners. As a Customer Service Representative you will collaborate with Business support to fulfill customers’ needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Execute all tasks and activities for front line enquiry to delivery for standard, export and special products that include the following with service mindset to fulfill customers’ needs:
- Call handling, enquiries, orders, returns etc
- Test Tooling
- Recycling
- Services
- A/R queries
- Credits/ debits
- Price Changes
- Customer complaint registration
- Simple quotations
- Responsible for up selling of new products after each Coropak or sales/marketing campaign and proactive customer demand planning with larger accounts etc.
- Make full efficient use of standard IT and global platforms for quotations, orders, quality and services which includes EBP, CRM, TIBP, B2B, mobility etc to serve customers effectively
- Report quotation hit rate to Sales and Customer Services Manager / Team Manager
- Follow through all related customer service activities, customer feedback and complaints and ensure customers’ requirements are fulfilled on time
- Proactively engage peers and manager/ team leader in continuouse improvement of customer services processes and support
- Proactively drive a Sandvik Safety First culture and Core Values in all business and personal dealings
- Be a part of key customer’s projects to support the QTD and follow-up
- Responsible for “Customer Satisfaction”
Qualifications:
- Strong capability in customers handling and service mindset
- Solid skills and understanding of business processes, quality, logistics, specials and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer oriented and resolution focused
- Organizational skills to plan and work in a structured and organized manner
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, AS 400 and SAP
- Bilingual ( English and French) both written and verbal )
- Capable of working in a demanding environment
- Preference for someone who has a knowledge of tooling and or who has worked in the tooling industry in the past
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer services operations within a customer facing environment as a sales unit
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree or relevant qualifications in Business Administration or Engineering
