Control Room Technician
The role
Assist the stores with customer orders, part numbers etc .
Monitor service contract machines and predict failures on an ongoing basis.
Provide inputs for the maintenance system, spare part supply , co-ordinate internal and external breakdowns,arrange callouts after hours, transport, parts etc.
Response to customers' technical inquires concerning the spare parts. Act as technical support for spare part sales.
Define spare parts offering in equipment offering development process (ODP).
Define basic stock levels for spare parts in Central.
Compose reports, and diligently keep records and histories in a suitable filing system.
