Technical Training Officer
The role
To design & develop required training material and to facilitate/transfer learning to ensure competence according to required unit standard.
This service is rendered to Sandvik Mining clients (internal & external), according to the following standards and requirements: Sandvik Mining requirements, OEM limitations, SETA and SHEQ standards.
Your profile
- Standard 10/Grade 12 or equivalent
- Trade Certificate
- Sandvik Equipment Specialist
- Certificate of Competence in ETDP or related, qualification as Adult Education Facilitator
- Certificate of Competence as Assessor with specific focus in Technical/Mechanical sector
- Proven competence in Course Design and Development
- Minimum 3 years experience & proven competence as Maintenance Artisan/Specialist Sandvik
- Basic computer literacy
- English language proficiency
- Code 08 Licence and own transport
- Be able to work flexible hours & travel
- Certificate of Fitness to work underground mining environment
