Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join our team, and would welcome your application if you:
  • Have experience leading the delivery of distressed advisory or restructuring work

About the role

We typically work on distressed clients and provide a range of commercial solutions including; turnaround, re-financing, pensions review, working capital, insolvency and stakeholder advice.

Our services span many commercial and industrial sectors. We are able to call upon the specialist resources elsewhere in PwC, which often makes us stand out and produce acceptable outcomes.

You will be working in small teams on a number of distinct projects. Key duties include producing reports / presentations for clients and stakeholders. You may also gain on-site experience of dealing with a business in insolvency.

Requirements
  • ACA qualified or equivalent
  • You have led teams in the delivery of in distressed advisory or restructuring work
  • You will have the ability and experience of writing clear and impactful business reports, using MS Office (Powerpoint included)
  • Confident and articulate to be able to deal with people at all levels, including Lawyers and Intermediaries
  • Experience of leading business discussions with senior clients
  • Financial analytical skills including use of Microsoft Excel
  • Diverse industry experience
  • Proven project and time management skills
