Head of Programmes

TfaC Malawi is a nationally registered NGO committed to the empowerment of women and girls, particularly in their sexual and reproductive health. It uses innovative, participatory approaches to achieve its goals.
TfaC Malawi is now looking for an outstanding and committed Head of Programmes to join its senior management team.
The job has four main strategic objectives:
  1. To oversee the setting of Impact Delivery Strategies per beneficiary group that link to the Country Strategy and annual programme plans to deliver the strategies and measure impact.
  2. To play a key role in the day to day running of TfaC Malawi as an organisation via representing the Programmes Unit within the Organisational Management Team,
  3. To ensure effective and quality implementation of the TfaC Malawi grant portfolio, ensuring monitoring, evaluation and learning continuously informs programme implementation and design.
  4. To co-lead business development for the organisation in line with the Country Strategy and business development plans. To ensure effective HR management of a unified Programmes Unit to ensure effective and quality delivery of the grant portfolio.
