Tasks
Online Communication
- Define, develop and implement an online marketing approach in line with the marketing & sales objectives
- Manage and quality control agency briefs, ensuring compliances with online guidelines and brand values
- Deliver strategic recommendations, implement and evaluate results for online communication adapted to country strategy; respecting budgets
- Act as key liaison with Online Retail & Distribution and Revenue & Pricing
- Act as key liaison with SEA agency and online companies e.g. Google, FB, …
- Define, develop and implement e-marketing tools to support online communication for different internal departments (B2C / B2T / B2B)
- Coordinate e-marketing projects with partners or contractors for the development and production of online sales driven or data driven campaigns
- Measure results, analyze online performance and adapt accordingly
- Provide recommendations for future improvements
- Financial control and approval of quotes and invoices
CRM
- Manage, develop & implement direct mails and newsletters to B2C, B2T & B2B
- Deliver recommendations on customer profiling and customer DB implementation
- Coordinate CRM projects with internal and external partners for the development and production of data solutions
- Act as key liaison with Online Retail & Distribution and IT
Profile
- Bachelor degree (Communication and/or Marketing) or equivalent through experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM strategy and implementation and on-line communication and e-marketing
- Proven track records in CRM
- Leadership skills: proven people management skills and able to lead projects from A to Z with internal and external partners. Willingness to follow-through
- Communication skills: excellent interface and federation skills
- Passionate by online matters
- Customer focus
- Analytical skills: ability to interpret figures in order to evaluate results of the campaign and propose adequate actions.
- Organizational skills
- Adaptable to a very changing environment
- Very familiar with Excel: create tables and graphs to follow up results week after week
- Understanding of technical requirements of SEO and SEM
- Good understanding of IT constraints and development process in order to be able to challenge IT
