Site Foreman for project in TOGO

Hill International seeks to recruit a Site Foreman for the Development of a Container Terminal on the Gulf of Guinea (West Africa) in TogoLomé

Site Foreman 

Qualifications & skills:

- More than 10 years of experience in the field (management of field team, management of subcontractors, site works etc.);

- Previous experience in Western Africa is suitable;

- Fluency in French and English;

- Knowledge of Spanish would be an asset.

Responsibilities: 

The duties of the Site Foreman shall include but not be limited to the following tasks:
- Management of subcontractors;

- Management of direct labour and plant use;
- Working with labour to ensure project is meeting deadlines;
- Set responsibilities for workforce;
- Management of the competency of the work force;
- Lead the team to enforce positive culture on site;
- Oversee that Health and Safety legislation is met;
- Completion of site works.
