Description
- Master’s degree in any of the main infrastructure sciences – Energy, transport, water and Agricultural Industry;
- Seven (7) years of experience conducting rural infrastructure development;
- Familiarity with working on rural electricity access programs, especially the "achievement of the last-mile connectivity"
- Knowledge of the Rwanda rural development situation is an added advantage and previous experience with Multilateral and or Bilateral Donor Projects. Experience with GEF programs would be an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills (English).
