We need Non-Executive Directors to join us in boosting prosperity in East AfricaOur client, TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is an East African not for profit Company Limited by Guarantee established in 2010 to support the growth of trade in East Africa.
TMEA is focused on ensuring gains from trade result in tangible gains for all East Africans.
TMEA is seeking to recruit dynamic and visionary individuals with exceptional skills to constitute TMEA’s Board as Non-Executive Directors.
The TMEA Board oversees the strategy, policy, and direction of TMEA. In so doing it supports the achievement of TMEA’s mission and objectives.
TMEA is seeking to have a diverse board with expertise in the following fields:

Trade and regional integration

Transport and infrastructure development

Private sector development

Finance, audit, and accountancy

Human resource management
