HR Developement Manager
The role
  • Management of the Apprentice and Learnership Programme
  • Management of Busary Programme in collaboration with Wits Lecturer
  • Manage and administer Talent Pool Programme
Key performance areas
  • Communicate orientation to recruitment office according to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure implementation of assessment according to best practices in line with company procedures
  • Ensure placement of apprentices according to best practice
  • Monitor training provider performance
  • Implement training & development plan
  • Implementing experiential training opportunities
  • Co-ordinate feedback reports
Your profile
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
  • 3 year Degree / Diploma in Training and Development/Human Resources
  • 5-years experience in Human Resources & Training & Development
  • Proven competence in Microsoft Office applications as well as Mid-range applications such as the ELM-system (Electronic Learner Management System) by Oracle
  • Proven competence in Business English proficiency
  • Basic knowledge of NQF & SAQA and working with Seta’s
  • Experience: Mining environment and customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Be able to travel extensively
  • Must be fit to visit underground sites
  • People skills
  • Leadership skills
