Oxfam International is an equal opportunities employer, committed to diversity within our organization.
Are you passionate about mobilizing the power of people against poverty and keen to lead across a network of 18 national Oxfam affiliates? We are currently seeking a Chief Information Officer.
One person in three in the world lives in poverty. Oxfam is determined to change that world into one in which people can influence decisions which affect their lives, enjoy their rights and assume their responsibilities as full citizens; a world where people are valued and treated equally. We seek to address the structural causes of poverty.
Oxfam is a confederation of 18 interconnected affiliates - and 2 soon to join - working in over 90 countries. We have a budget of nearly €1 billion and around 10,000 staff.
Currently Oxfam is undergoing transformative change and the Oxfam International Secretariat (OIS) is playing a global leadership role working towards ‘Oxfam 2020’; a more interdependent network, more driven by knowledge, more internal simplicity and more globally balanced. We are shaping a stronger Oxfam for people living in poverty.
Bound together by joint values, mission, strategy, decision making, resource allocation, standards, processes, systems and shared services, we seek maximum impact by leveraging, together with others, local, regional and global influence to fight inequality and poverty.
