Working with the Policy, Advocacy & Campaigns Team and Reporting to the Head of Policy, Advocacy & Campaigns, the Policy Manager will lead in conducting analysis of developments in national and sector policy, while advocating for policies and practices that promote the realisation of the rights to water and sanitation in Ghana.
To be successful, you’ll need to have a degree-level education in development studies and/or social science, with a postgraduate qualification/Master’s or equivalent, substantial experience in policy and advocacy work, the Human Rights Based Approach (HRBA), programme management in a development field, or INGO working experience on gender equality.
