Roles & Responsibilities
Assists operations staff by performing general administrative duties. Specific duties include,- Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
- Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines
- Prepare business communication that is of a professional standard.
- Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
- Ensure amendments are completed on relative systems to support with client services by updating system remarks.
- Check all transactions on a daily basis to ensure new business applications are closed within appropriate timelines
- Report on required activities and deliveries to improve business results.
- Manage own development to increase own competencies.
Requirements
- Completed High School Qualification
- 3-5 years branch related experience
- 4 to 6 weeks role related training
- Full Understanding of the workings of a cheque account
- Ability to use banking systems effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Awareness of fraudulent methods.
