Roles & Responsibilities
This role will facilitate all required Learning interventions, monitor training results, perform associated admin duties, develop and implement learning processes and solutions. Specific roles are
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
  • Facilitate learning and development solutions across the training cycle (needs analysis, design, implementation, assessment) through the most appropriate method (in-classroom training, e-learning, on the job training and self-study).
  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
  • Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
  • Manage development to increase competencies of self and team.
Requirements
  • Relevant 3 year degree or diploma
  • Relevant training certification
  • 2-3 years job related experience
  • Experience in Training/Communication, specifically the development and delivery of training material would be an advantage
