Roles & Responsibilities
To promote new and maintain existing business, as well as coordinate marketing sales support services.- Establish, align and manage target and budget goals for the Business Unit, whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency Establish, align and manage target and budget goals for the Business Unit, whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency
- Develop and implement differentiated service models for client segments
- Achievement of net profit growth for Business
- Manage Cost to Income to increase profitability and efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external parties to support the trade Operational National Sales strategy.
- Manage the growth of active customer Account Base to increase client base through national trade operations.
- Maximise Business Portfolio cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Provide sales support efficiencies and services in order to ensure retention of clients
- Support the National Sales Head to define a national portfolio growth strategy in line with predetermined growth targets, which are determined on an annual basis through conducting competitor analysis,
- Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices.
- Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements relevant to the Sales function.
- Develop National Strategies to improve operational and cost efficiencies by tracking, controlling and influencing sales behaviour activities with the specific aim to increase sales efficiencies of the team
Requirements
- Post Graduate degree, 4 – 5 year related experience
- 5 Years Deployment Skills
