Minimum requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- One year work experience in project cycle management: identification, formulation, execution, evaluation and justification
- One year work experience in management, coordination, organization and planning local staff team
- Familiar with the guidelines of main funders, like AECID, ECHO; UE…
- Work experience in economic-financial field.
- Familiar with the Logical Framework Approach.
- Training courses in International Cooperation
- Written and Spoken C1 level of French and Spanish (a test shall be performed).
- Working knowledge of Windows environment (Microsoft Office, Internet, …)
- Work experience managing projects developed in Africa.
- Experience in Health and Livelihood projects
- Familiar with gender and Community development issues
- Understanding of SRC procedures and tools within international cooperation
- Knowledge and/or work experience within the Red Cross and Red Crescent International Movement, or Spanish Red Cross
- Specific training in the Movement: IMPACT course or similar.

Key functions:** - Coordinating and supervising the execution of the following projects:
- Prevention, detection and treatment of moderate acute malnutrition with a community approach in Guidan Roumdji Department, Maradi region
- Improvement of food safety and resilience in 10 rural communities in Guidan Roumdji Department, Maradi, Niger
- Managing the budget, justification (sources of verification and economical-finantial documents) and preparation of technical repports (in French and Spanish) of the projects under your responsibility according to the internal SRC and donors formats and procedures
- Represent the Spanish Red Cross in relation to UE, ECHO, United Nations, Spanish Embassy- AECID, other National Societies, and different donors in the country.
- Maintain direct and ongoing contact with the responsables and technical departments of Niger Red Cross to set up and monitoring projects mentioned above.
- Supporting and coordinating other delegates in the country and giving the required support to visitors, partners and sponsors of SRC or RC Movement when requested.
- Preparing the arrival to other delegates in relation to accommodation and visa processing.
- Planning a work strategy for SRC in Niger appropiate to the mileu and capacities of our counterpart.
- Supporting the RC of Niger in finding other sources of financing their different programmes and in the implementation and justification of their projects
- Identification, formulation, monitoring, justification and closure of proyects in different regions of Niger.
- Other functions that could be requested by the Central Office of SRC or the SRC Delegation
