Your initial focus includes establishing a market leading position for control lines, chemical injection lines and wirelines/slick lines in the North Sea area, as well as to analyze new opportunities for Russia and the CIS and develop a long-term plan for targeting African countries. You offer specific support to our sales team regarding development of frame agreement opportunities and packaging of our entire product portfolio, and you are actively engaged in the interaction with potential commercial intermediaries and/or end users.

Experience from working within a service company, as a Key Account Manager, Completion Engineer or Completion Equipment Sales Manager is an advantage. You are familiar with the standard business IT tools, while experience with Dynamics CRM is much appreciated. As we operate internationally, you must have excellent skills in English, both in speaking and writing. Knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
We are sincerely interested in your personal qualities in this recruitment. You are strategic and well organized, planning your work and following up on your activities to meet short and long-term objectives, and you ensure high quality results. With true business acumen, you independently evaluate information, make informed decisions and identify the best possible market opportunities for our operations and products. Working in, and embracing, a fast-paced environment excites you, and you continually implement change in our evolving business landscape. With great communication and strong interpersonal skills, you also have a solid track record of influencing key decision-makers and building and maintaining trustworthy relationships with partners at all levels.
