Established in 1981, WaterAid is an international non-governmental organization focused on improving people’s access to safe water, improved hygiene and sanitation in developing countries. It works on the basis that water and sanitation are basic human rights, and are essential services vital for health, education and livelihoods. WaterAid has been working in Swaziland since 2012.
WaterAid Swaziland calls for sealed proposals (including technical and financial) from interested and eligible consulting firms/individual consultants for the development of the “National Sanitation and Hygiene Policy and Regulatory Framework”.
The proposal should demonstrate sound knowledge, technical skills and capability as required by the nature of the assignment, and understanding of the requisite task set forth in the scope of work. The financial proposal should quote fees/costs in the format requested in the ToR/guidelines.
Interested and eligible consulting firms/individual service providers are requested to submit their proposals through email addressed to the Principal Environmental Health Officer, email: sitholedanh@gmail.com copied to ncamisomhlanga@wateraid.org on or before 02nd June 2017 at 16h00 (Swaziland time) marked with the subject ‘Sanitation and Hygiene Policy and Regulatory Framework’. Companies should enclose copies of company registration certificate, most recent tax clearance certificate, VAT registration, and company/personnel profile.
