RECRUITMENT AT WORLD BANK 2017

The World Bank Group has commenced a global search for its next Vice President, Integrity. The successful candidate will be someone who is recognized and respected widely through his/her intellectual leadership, analytical capability, ethics and unquestionable integrity, reputation and track record of achievement, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Among other criteria, the ideal candidate will possess as many of the following as possible: 
  • International renown in law enforcement 
  • Intimate familiarity with developing/emerging countries 
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, design and implement proactive fraud and corruption risk management plans 
  • Expertise in fraud and corruption regulatory schemes in government and business 
  • Demonstrated ability in attracting, leading, managing and developing high caliber teams of senior professionals 
  •  A developed and well-maintained active network 
  •  Demonstrated ability to operate and function at the highest levels in a matrixed, global setting
