What You’ll Do
This newly created role is perfect for a self-starter, dynamic and enthusiastic trainer with experience in content development, instructional design and lead generation. You’ll learn a lot, meet great people, pick up creative challenges and push boundaries to do things differently. Expectations will be high, you will jump through multiple priorities, but you will get tons of autonomy to have fun and drive the impact of your work. To achieve this, you will:
- Identify and assess market opportunities for training measures for partner financial institutions
- Grow and refine learning products (online learning, webinars, seminars, hotline) backlog
- Take lead in training content development on finance and other related fields
- Deploy diverse forms of learning (e-learning, e-textbooks, webinars, video sessions, classroom trainings, etc.) for partner financial institutions’ staff
- Adapt training material into curricula for various business contexts and countries
- Test and bring learning products to the NIS market
- Build and refine learning product management processes
- Manage LMS and maintain curricula of training courses
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience in agile environment
- Proven track record in developing and/ or delivering training courses
- Solid understanding of eLearning content development, products support, or LMS administration
- Deep knowledge of marketing, data analytics, and digital advertising models
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Fluency in Russian and English
