Technical Specialists – West Africa Biodiversity and Climate Change (WA-BICC) Program, West Africa
Tetra Tech ARD, headquartered in Burlington, Vermont (http:www.tetratechintdev.com/) is currently accepting expressions of interest from technical specialists on a USAID-funded program to improve conservation and climate-resilient, low emission growth across West Africa.
Position Description/Summary: Tetra Tech is seeking a wide range of technical and project management professionals to support this anticipated $50 million program to increase the capacity of institutions at all levels in order to reduce wildlife trafficking and deforestation and forest degradation, as well as promote climate-resilient growth in coastal areas.

Qualifications:
* Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field preferred
* Five to ten years of progressively responsible technical and project management experience
* Demonstrated familiarity with sustainable landscape management, climate adaptation, biodiversity conservation and/or institutional development preferred;
* Extensive and substantive experience contributing to international development assistance projects, preferably in West Africa;
* Prior USAID project experience preferred;
* Professional proficiency in English required; professional proficiency in French preferred
* Nationals of West African countries strongly encouraged to apply.
