Position Summary & Responsibilities:
- Travel internationally to perform field site assessments around Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) areas including facilities management around securing logistical support for power, backup generator, UPS, etc.
- . Includes sourcing, installing, and configuring LAN/WAN/Satellite communications to allow for connectivity and operations support for data collection and reporting.
- . Support and implement end devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones, touch screen monitors, network scanners, etc.) to support clinical and programmatic operations within the treatment units.
- . Help address, recommend, and implement RFID for geo-zoning and patient identification, barcode labeling, and thermal temperature technologies.
- . Ensure infection control protective hardware is in place to ensure proper infection control protocols are being followed for end devices.
- . Help train staff on the use of end devices and software platforms for data collection/reporting.
Skills & Requirements:
- Field deployment experience in third world country setting
- . Network communications expertise in LAN/WAN/vSAT/BGAN/WiFi
- End device management and implementation experience
- . Understand and follow Information Security best practices 5. Ability to travel within short notice

- Any foreign languages
- Military/government background preferred
