Food Security Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Food Security Manager for the Development Food Assistant Program (DFAP) takes a leadership role in DFAP Food Security program coordination, needs / capacities assessments, staff and partner training, program implementation and evaluation. The DFAP Food Security Manager supervises the DAFP Food Security technical teams in South Kivu and Tanganyika Provinces, DRC.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Result #1 - Lead the Food Security program team and coordinate the various aspects of the DFAP food security portfolio (60%).
Key Result #2 - DFAP program staff development and partner training (30%).
Key Result #3 - Collaborate with FH / DRC leadership team for coordination of communications with external partners (10%).
