Palladium is currently seeking experienced candidates with experience in financial accountability and anti-corruption. We are currently tendering for a UK government-funded programme that will broker partnerships between UK institutions and their counterparts in developing countries.
The roles require a deep knowledge and understanding of Financial Accountability & Anti-Corruption and the UK governance institutions and UK not for profit organisations in this sectors, and an understanding of how proposed partnerships can support effective institution building and the delivery of UK government priorities overseas.
The roles will be UK-based with some travel required as appropriate. Specifically we are looking for strong candidates who:
- Produce sector strategies for partnership programmes in the Financial Accountability & Anti-Corruption sector, developed and agreed with key cross-Whitehall stakeholders.
- Produce a methodologies for the prioritisation of partnerships amongst and within countries given potential high demand.
- Contribute to the design and technical shaping of partnerships in the Financial Accountability & Anti-Corruption sector.
Requirements
- 10 years+ experience in in either academic, private sector or institutional environments
- Experience, knowledge and deep understanding of the Financial Accountability & Anti-Corruption sector and the UK governance institutions and UK not-for-profit organisations in this sector.
- Experience of effective delivery of Financial Accountability & Anti-Corruption programmes.
- Strong understanding of how a skills programme and/or partnership approach can lead to improved governance and service delivery in partner countries, and the constraints to achieving impact
