Job Purpose:
§ To positively impact the marketing and fundraising efforts of The School of St Jude through use of creative graphics and campaign design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and layout of print and web marketing and fundraising collateral
- Production of graphics content for online and social media
- Support the wider business office in the design and production of communication templates and collateral in line with the schools brand
- Advise on and support improvements to the usability and design of digital communications and website
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager on the conceptual design, graphic design, and collateral production of annual fundraising campaigns
- Support the refinement of the schools evolving visual brand
- Keep up to date with latest trends in digital marketing and fundraising, making recommendations for relevant revenue generating initiatives
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
· Degree in relevant field such as GraphicDesign, Mass/media Communication, Marketing
· 3 Years working experience in graphic design
· Experience in cause related marketing or fundraising
· Advanced proficiency in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign
· Highly creative
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience identifying target audiences and devising marketing and campaign strategies to engage, inform and motivate current and potential supporters
· Up to date with latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
· Working knowledge of HTML desirable
