The SEACEN Centre, a training and research institute with a membership of 20 central banks/monetary authorities in the Asia-Pacific region and based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking applicants for the position as Senior Analyst, Financial Stability and Supervision (FSS) & Payments and Settlement Systems, (PSS) on a three-year contract.
The successful candidate will be actively involved in the design and delivery of learning programs, conduct research activities, direct research projects and organize conferences in FSS or PSS, as well as support other activities of SEACEN. The candidate will report to the Director of FSS & PSS.
The position offers unique opportunities to interact with member central banks and participate in regional and international conferences.
To be eligible, the candidate should have substantial practical experience in financial supervision and regulation, and a proven record as an accomplished teacher. An advanced degree in a relevant discipline would be an advantage.
Experience working in a central banking or regulatory institution constitutes a definite advantage.
