Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) with finance Background(80-100%)

About the job
- Support of the study teams in all administrative matters
- Handling of payments and invoices to customers and consultants. Management of internal reimbursements. Support of project team with budgeting and tracking
- Preparation, filing and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures
- Act as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications and associated correspondence
- Arrangement of travel and meetings
Skills and experiences required
- Fluent in English and French. German is an asset
- Diploma from a commercial school or equivalent, or Bachelor’s degree in a science related field
- Possess 3-5 years of administrative/project experience with finance tasks within a busy environment with demonstration of excellent organisation and prioritisation skills - Strong skills and experience with finance tools such as SAP and/or SAGE - Very good working knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - Previous experience in clinical research desirable with knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines - Ability to work independently
- Interest in health and in projects in resource limited countries
