Responsibilities
- 80% of your time will be dedicated to conducting primary research and CI projects, liaising with INOVIS’ Senior CI Strategists to ensure established quality control procedures and processes
- Write high quality summaries based on primary CI findings
- Develop & establish relationships with key interview sources
- Do investigative research, analysis, writing, & co-presenting of results
- Respond swiftly to clients’ changing and ad hoc needs/requests during a project
- Help cover medical conferences worldwide
Required Must-Have Skills & Talents
- Undergraduate degree [business, life sciences, journalism] as well as graduate degree [MBA or equivalent and/or life sciences degree preferred]
- At least 2-3 years Big Pharma client and/or CI agency-side experience in primary CI research and analysis
- Excellent English oral, written and presentation skills
- Has high level of energy and self-initiative
- Is able to multi-task and flexible to deal with consistently changing priorities
- Has ability to connect seemingly unrelated statements and facts to formulate logical follow-up and clarification questions during interviews
- Team player and ready to go the extra mile
- Used to work under pressure across time zones; willing to travel
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in heavy deadline situations
- Demonstrated competency conducting primary CI research, distilling down large amounts of data into concise summaries focused on the key implications for clients and strategy
- Outstanding analytical capabilities, excellent proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and graphics software

Education
- MBA or BS in business [or equivalent] – AND/OR
- Masters or BA in journalism/communications [or equivalent]
