ICCM Programme Manager

Malaria Consortium is recruiting for an ICCM Programme Manager to join our team in Aweil in South Sudan.
The Programme Manager will manage the ICCM programme. The programming is focused on community case management for childhood illnesses (malaria, pneumonia and diarrhoea) with nutrition, and new programs in health information management systems, and health system strengthening.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Relevant post graduate degree: MD, Nutrition, MPH
  • Extensive demonstrated experience in program and budget management experience
  • Previous experience working in a developing country, particularly in a nutrition and health program in a remote location
  • Excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment with few support services
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Willingness to work in remote areas of South Sudan, with common incidences of insecurity, and basic amenities
  • Patience and flexibility when working with communities/ people
