Systems Integrator
The role
To integrate all control and instrumentation systems to communicate with all other related systems. To liaise with customers for problem resolutions and promotion of new products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Fault Finding
- Commission Machines
- Conduct Training on Equipment
- Perform Scheduled Services and Software Audits
- Produce Reports
- Instrumentation Design
Your profile
- Minimum B Tech in Electrical Engineering (low current)
- Allen Bradley, Siemens and Schneider Certifications (PLS Programming certificates)
- Scada Development Certification (HMI)
- Rockwell and Wonder wear Certification
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
- Minimum 6 to 8 years' engineering experience in the materials handling environment
- Sound knowledge of Machine Control Centres, specifically on switchgear
- The ability to manage time effectively and efficiently in accordance with work priorities to ensure qualitative outcomes
- The ability to accurately give an account of information pertaining to the performance of outputs
- The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels in the organisation
- The inclination to act analytical by applying analytical skills
- The ability to apply the principles of problem solving techniques to identify and resolve a problem in the best interest of all stakeholders
- The ability to apply planning techniques to conduct effective planning of work outputs and resources
- Required to travel to sites regularly
