Coopi is seeking to recruit an expatriate Project Manager to coordinate its programmes for vulnerable communities in Sierra Leone.

Coopi is seeking to recruit an expatriate Project Manager to coordinate its programmes for vulnerable communities in Sierra Leone.
Descrizione e requisiti
Responsibilities
— To ensure the overall co-ordination, planning, monitoring and management of the project activities
— Management and training of the national human resources involved in the project
— Networking activities with local and international partners, authorities and donors
— Preparation of monthly reports on activities carried out and submission of amendments to the project, if required
— Preparation of interim and final reports for the donor
— Purchase and supply management
— Elaboration of estimated monthly budget in collaboration with the administrator
— Participation in the elaboration of new project proposals if required
Requirements:
— Previous significant work experience as a project manager
— Previous experience in similar projects in developing countries within an international NGO or a research institute
— Relevant supervisory skills and guidance capacities in the implementation of projects and ability to support the national staff
— Excellent English (written and spoken)
— Excellent computer skills
— Attitude to work under pressure and in hardship conditions
