UE Project Administrator

ACRA-CCS has been operating in Tanzania since 2005. ACRA- CCS works in partnership with local actors such as NGOs and Local Authorities. Currently, the activities are focused on infrastructures construction and capacity building, as essential means to achieve sustainable participatory management.
Position: UE Project Administrator
Duty station: Lugarawa/Njombe
Starting date: asap
Contract: 12 months with the possibility of renewal.
Monthly Gross: 3.000 €
Requested skills:
· Preferably at least 5 years experience in administration of project development financed by EU and by other donors.
· Excellent team working skill. Awareness for field issues, requested strictness according to well done administrative procedures.
· Good motivation, good management skills in a complicated bureaucratic setting.
· Excellent logistic skills.
· Excellent national staff management skills (selection, training and daily management)
· Management of the relations with local banks, local suppliers, and local institutions.
· Bachelor’s degree/ master degree. Economic profiles are preferred. (degree preferably)
· Deep knowledge of EC procurement procedures.
· Excellent English knowledge (both written and spoken) .
· Interaction and collaboration skills on planning and coordination with managers
· Being disposed to travel across the country.
· Good IT skills (office, excel, internet, skype, application for project management).
