Organic Certification Trainer at Conservation International

To improve sustainable market access and increase income of 500 smallholder macadamia farmers in Embu and Meru districts, Kenya. The consultancy seeks to reinforce the capacity of macadamia farmers supplying CI's client through increased capacity and training in organic production standards.  Specifically this will include: Train representatives of 2 macadamia smallholder farmer groups on organizational skills, Implementation of Organic standard for 2 macadamia smallholder farmer groups, Train 500 macadamia smallholders with regard to Organic standards.
