The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is an international financial institution and a specialized United Nations agency dedicated to eradicating rural poverty and hunger. Country Programme Manager (CPM), Grade P-5, West and Central Africa Division; Kinshasa: The CPM heads IFAD’s office in Kinshasa, which covers both Congo and Democratic Republic of the Congo, providing technical and managerial leadership to the substantive development and execution of the assigned country programmes, including providing managerial direction to immediate supervisees; effective representation with government counterparts and other programme collaborators; and ability to anticipate and manage potential risks to the success of programmes.
