IIMB is looking for a Director, who aspires to create a world-class and value-driven institution, building on the solid foundation that already exists. The individual is expected to be an eminent academic in management education and should have demonstrated academic administration experience. It is required that the candidate have a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline, be a full professor at a reputable academic institution, and have a strong research and publication record. The selected candidate is expected to be in position by April 2016.
The Director will be guided by the Memorandum of Association and the Rules of IIMB and have a term of 5 years or, till the age of 65 years (whichever is earlier). The Director's performance will be reviewed by IIMB's Board of Governors midway through the tenure.
