ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: 
The Aga Khan Agency for Microfinance (AKAM) is a member of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) which is a group of development agencies, institutions and programs established by His Highness the Aga Khan. The common goal of these agencies is to combat problems of social and economic development and to help the poor achieve a level of self-reliance sufficient to plan their own livelihoods.
In 2005, the Aga Khan Agency for Microfinance (AKAM) established the First Microfinance Foundation Egypt to alleviate poverty and generate economic growth. As a locally-managed lending institution we aim to foster entrepreneurial activity, especially for women in underprivileged neighborhoods. Our operations are governed by principles of long-term sustainability and financial discipline. The Foundation extends credit mainly for income-generating loans to micro- and small-enterprises. 
ABOUT THE JOB: 

Tasks and Responsibilities:
The incumbent of the position is responsible to identify; monitor and trouble shoot overall system administration operations in the Head Office and Branches, which may include servers, workstations, desktop systems, network Internet and other computer technology in addition to service management.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in Information Technology or any related study. MCITP is a must;
  • At least (4) four years’ experience in IT or any relevant field;
  • IT Security Knowledge;
  • Knowledge of database and MIS systems includes Database structure analysis;
  • Ability to identify, define and deal with IT & IS related problems and incidents and solve them in a due manner;
  • Strong software and hardware computing skills:
    • Excellent working and speaking knowledge of English language is a must;
    • Coordination, Communication, Customer Service skills;
    • Flexibility, Integrity, Enthusiasm towards work, Confidentiality.
