GLOBAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Implement a qualitative community-based approach for the most vulnerable population affected by the Libya crisis, and especially within the Internally Displaced Population.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS DESCRIPTION
Under the direct responsibility of the Rehabilitation and Projection Deputy Project Manager, in close collaboration with the pluridisciplinary Protection/Rehabilitation team (social workers, psychosocial workers, physiotherapists), you will have to :
1. Mapping of existing services and information sharing with beneficiaries:
· Work as mobile/outreach team to map existing services for beneficiaries with specifics needs (psychosocial and mental health)
· Organize awareness sessions to IDP community on inclusion of people with disabilities, right of people with disabilities and on available services
2. Conduct orientation sessions to Community Focal Points and CFS staff
· Training and monthly follow-up of community-based networks (Community Focal Points, CFS staff) in Tripoli IDP camps for identification and orientation of vulnerable people (including children) with psychosocial or mental disabilities
3. Refer externally as needed, respecting confidentiality and the right of the beneficiary
· Refer externally all cases physical, functional limitations, psychosocial or mental disabilities identified in collaboration with HI team and partner organization, following the appropriate strategy of the programme
4. Conduct trainings on Psychosocial and mental health issue to health facilities staff
· Assess health facilities staff knowledge on psychosocial and mental health issues
· Propose an training plan for the health facilities staff
· Conduct training on emergency MHPSS
· Train health facilities staff on referral forms and beneficiary follow up
· Ensure bi-monthly follow up on site (health facilities) by organizing meetings with trained staff
· Participate to the reporting of activities
5. Report datas, referred cases and organize the daily and weekly activities
· Ensure a daily quantitative and qualitative reporting through the tools (assessment form, follow up form, discharger and monitoring form, donation certificate) and system in place
· Organization of the weekly plan within the pluridisciplinary team, with the support of DPM
· Any other reports to be made upon line manager request
6. Participate in the analysis and reporting of global issues in the IDP population, with a focus on psychosocial and psychological issues
· In formal and informal meetings with the team, participate to a qualitative analysis of the different kinds of issues, at individual, familial and community level
· Participate to report with the tools and the internal system all issues identified
· Be part of a constructive holistic team work to develop a very qualitative analysis and response for disable and vulnerable persons
7. To demonstrate an ethic and professional practice:
· Respect beneficiary confidentiality.
· Respect and promote HI’s Policies and report to your line manager any non respect of HI’s policies amongst the teams or partners.
· Address needs and requests in a professional way.
· Report any incident or act that causes any harm to beneficiary or to others.
· Always interact with children with the presence of their parents or caregivers
· Always respect a refusal of treatment.
8. Demonstrate willingness to improve professional competences and abilities to increase care quality:
· Demonstrate motivation at work.

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday from 08.30 to 16.30 including one hour lunch break (13.00 to 14.00)
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
You will have previous experience with NGO’s. You will be diplomatic and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be sensitive to the needs of vulnerable groups. You will be fluent in English (written and spoken) and Arabic.
Should possess initiative, good communication skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to support others, evaluate and negotiate appropriate options and ability to work under pressure.
A PLUS: previous experience with related position is well required
