The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) is a regional grouping of 19 African States which have agreed to promote regional integration through trade development  and  transport  facilitation.  More  information  can  be  obtained  from  the COMESA website www.comesa.int. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the post of Agriculture Economist .

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Initiating ideas which when implemented will develop Agriculture, improve food security situation as well as increase production and trade of Agricultural commodities in the COMESA region.
