Background:
Lawyers for Justice in Libya (LFJL) is an independent non-governmental organisation and charity dedicated to promoting human rights in Libya through defending justice and promoting the rule of law. LFJL are recruiting a full-time project coordinator to lead the organisation of activities related to its freedom of expression project,Sawti(which meansboth ‘my voice’ and ‘my vote’ in Arabic).

The project seeks to promote legal protection and the development of a national legal framework in harmony to international law.
Over the coming months, the Freedom of Expression Project Coordinator will primarily be tasked with the implementation of a human rights competition, the development of legal reports on freedom of expression in Libya, and the development of project related media.
