Training and Quality Services Adviser
The Manoff Group, Inc. is recruiting a Training and Quality Services Advisor for a broad-ranging maternal and child nutrition program to be based in Dar es Salaam and implemented in 5 regions of Tanzania. This position is contingent on program award.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Advise on strategic approaches for the delivery of large-scale training and capacity-building programs for nutrition service providers, using traditional training methods and innovative approaches, including new technologies.
· Contribute to the development of training modules/programs for service providers on Nutrition and Nutrition-related technical areas, including Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH); Nutrition-sensitive Agriculture; and Gender-sensitive programming.
· Provide guidance on follow-up monitoring and supportive supervision to enhance service delivery capacity and sustained learning.
· Develop and coordinate training plans within and outside the project and define logistical needs for their execution.
· Serve as an occasional co-trainer and/or supervisor of training workshops.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
· Demonstrated expertise and program experience in the area of capacity development and training curriculum development.
· Excellent understanding of adult learning theory and participatory learning methodologies.
· Background in quality assurance approaches in the delivery of health, nutrition, or social welfare services.
· Master’s Degree in Instructional Design or equivalent professional experience.
· Knowledge of /work experience in health programs, especially Tanzania’s nutrition program, a plus.
· Willingness to travel and work in rural conditions outside of Dar es Salaam.
· Excellent written and spoken Swahili, with good written and spoken English.
· This position is open to international and Tanzania-based candidates. Tanzanian nationals and residents of Tanzania who have ongoing legal authorization to work in the country are preferred.
