European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) is seeking applications from recent graduates or those who are at the beginning of a new professional career to participate in a traineeship for a period of six months. Eurofound is a tripartite European Union Agency that was established in 1975 to contribute to the planning and design of better living and working conditions. It carries out its role in partnership with governments, employers, trade unions and the European Union institutions.
European Foundation is committed to increasing labour market participation and combating unemployment by creating jobs, improving labour market functioning and promoting integration. Eurofound traineeships promote improving standards of living and social cohesion in the face of economic disparities and social inequalities. During the program, trainees are engaged to work in different units of Eurofound.

Eligibility
Trainees are selected from nationals of the 28 Member States of the European
Union and of candidate countries. However, a limited
number of nationals of non-Member States may also be accepted according to
available resources.

As an applicant you should also meet the following conditions:
- Must have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
- Must have a very good knowledge of at least two EU languages, of which one should be English – the working language of Eurofound if you are from a Member State of the European Union.
- Must have a very good knowledge of English if you are from a non-Member State of the European Union.
