- Developing and designing client-specific training courses;
- Drawing up an annual training plan;
- Ensuring compliance with international standards;
- Supporting NAPTIN’s strategic positioning;
- Marketing the services offered;
- Implementing capacity-development measures.
Your profile:
- A university degree in electrical engineering or a comparable subject enabling you to carry out your tasks;
- Experience in managing training institutions;
- Good knowledge of skilled occupations relevant to the energy sector;
- Professional experience in the energy sector would be an advantage;
- Good English language skills.
